With some know-how we can make air do amazing things! Air is free, invisible, and ubiquitous, but with some know-how we can make it do amazing things. We will start with a series of experiments to discover the characteristics of air and the principles of air pressure. Then, using these principles, you’ll build your own air-powered, mini-marshmallow shooter. Limit 12 children. For children in grades K-3. Montshire members $35, non-members $40. A supervised lunch period will be available for children who sign up for both Flying Marshmallows and Kitchen Science programs.
